Terms of Use & Customer Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of services and listings offered by Shubharambh Infra Services.

Shubharambh Infra Services provides real estate listing, consultation, development and property management services. By accessing our website, mobile apps or engaging with our sales or support teams you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms form a legal agreement between you and the Company. Please read them carefully.

“Property” means any residential, commercial, or retail unit listed by the Company. “Buyer” / “Client” means any person, firm or entity that accesses information or purchases services. “Listing” refers to property details, images, price, and availability information published by us.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that listing details (such as price, area, layout, images and availability) are accurate. However, prospective buyers should verify all information independently. We are not liable for typographical errors, omissions or changes made by property owners or developers after publication.

Note: Floor plans, images, furniture and illustrations may be indicative and subject to change.

Prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. Booking of a property becomes effective only upon receipt of the agreed booking amount and execution of required documents. Payment schedules, taxes, stamp duty and additional charges will be displayed in the booking documents and are the responsibility of the purchaser unless stated otherwise.

All payments must be made through authorized channels. We may refuse or cancel bookings made through unofficial/unverified payment methods.

Cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to deduction of administrative charges, legal costs or amounts retained by developers as per project agreements. Time taken for refund processing will be communicated at the time of cancellation and depends on third-party developer policies.

Title clearance, encumbrances and statutory approvals are the responsibility of the project owner/developer unless explicitly guaranteed in writing by us. We recommend that buyers undertake legal, financial and technical due diligence prior to purchase. The Company is not the guarantor of the developer’s performance unless specifically agreed in writing.

Timelines for construction and possession are provided by developers and may be affected by force majeure, regulatory delays or other events. We endeavour to provide updates but are not legally responsible for delay in handover unless a binding, written guarantee exists.

All services, listings and advice are provided “as is” unless otherwise promised in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied). We do not guarantee property appreciation, rental yields or profit from any purchase.

We collect and use personal information to process inquiries, bookings and to provide services. Personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to such use and transfer of your data for legitimate business purposes.

All content, images, logos and trademarks displayed by Shubharambh Infra Services are owned by or licensed to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us for the particular service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shubharambh Infra Services and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State — replace as required]. We encourage mediation/conciliation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
